Diver:
“The food is good and the rooms are pretty big by dive boat standards. The diving is as diverse as it gets. The Captain, Johnny, has enthusiasm and believes he is a pirate. He was an excellent fish wrangler and spotted many critters I would have missed. The best part of the trip was Noose and Ali, the Divemasters. These guys spotted more Harlequin Ghost Pipefish, Harlequin shrimp, eels, crabs, cowery, Wentletraps, squat lobsters, nudibranch,and critters than anyone. They are the best DMs I have ever dived with! We saw frequent Leopard Sharks and had many dives with mantas. We sailed north towards Burma and spent 2 days at Richelieu Rock. The diversity of dives on this seamount is incredible. There are all different kinds of clownfish to keep Nemo company including Saddleback Clownfish.

A huge jellyfish kept my camera busy. Cuttlefish were common and mating octopi were seen. At the end of the trip we went south of Phuket to 5 Islands and did muck diving. We saw seahorses, scorpionfish, seamoths, frogfish, zebra crabs, pipefish, devil scorpionfish, crockadilefish, and a nudibranch that looks like the Japaneese cartoon character pecacho.”
